Snow Removal

Snow removal is a complex task, because all properties must be cleared as soon as possible when it snows. Through our experience we have discovered the best way to make it work! We clear snow every morning that there is snow on the ground.  Snow will be cleared the first morning after a snowfall. Examples: If it snows overnight, snow will be removed in the morning. If it snows all day, snow will be cleared the next morning. If it snows all night, and all day, snow will be cleared both mornings. There is no limit to amount of visits in a month, properties will be cleared once per day. On rare occasions, mornings could include early afternoon. We always do our best to arrive as soon as possible.

Once we arrive at your property, we will shovel the driveway and do our best to scrape away any packed snow. We will pile snow into areas that will not prohibit functionality of driveway, walkway, stairs etc.

It is standard for us to clear snow from the driveway, walkways, stairs, and sidewalk. Additional areas can be requested and added which may result in an extra cost.

We will do our best to clear any packed snow from the driveway that could melt and cause ice, but some ice is inevitable.  We offer ice melt which can be added to the monthly service to be used on slick ice.

Photos will be sent to your email after each time your property is cleared. The purpose of these photos is to verify that service was completed. Sometimes it is hard to tell on days it continues to snow.

Any full coverage of properties will be cleared. However, there are certain situations where a property may not require clearing. If it is a very very small dusting of snow where we would hardly be able to shovel, or if it is expected to melt within hours, properties may not be cleared. We will use our judgement to make the best call for every situation, and we can always come clear your property no matter the accumulation if you need us to!

Our snow removal is offered on a monthly basis, regardless of preferred billing choice. We offer two types of billing, pay-per-visit, and a flat monthly rate. Our prices are designed to work out to around the same regardless of billing style. An invoice will be sent to your email at the end of each month which can be conveniently paid online.
