Pride and Honesty
We take pride in every job that we complete, because without us standing by our work, we cannot expect you to stand by us. We enjoy what we do and therefore enjoy when our work has a pleasant outcome. This allows us to provide a quality service. Our livelihood is based off of the success of our business, we are not large enough to not worry about client loss. We operate with honesty and integrity and are always open to feedback to improve our service.
Simplicity
We know that you are busy, and are likely exploring options for a maintenance company because you want to eliminate hassle and buy back some of your valuable, and limited time. We understand this, and also want everything to run smooth and simple! We like to simplify everything to do with our service, without compromising any quality of our physical work. This means that we reply quick to messages and make our terms very clear. We aim to answer most questions before they are asked. We also make payments very easy, sending invoices to your email with online payment options, such as credit cards, e-transfer, apple pay, etc.
Respect
We cannot expect you to respect us, if we do not respect ourselves, you, and your neighbours. For us respect means that we will work at reasonable times, maintain cleanliness and properly looked after equipment. We will also respect you and your property. This means taking every request, inquiry, and feedback seriously. Our opinions are formed from the opinions of our clients. Respecting your property means that we will treat it like our own. You will not find us using foul language, blaring music, or smoking etc at your property. Actions like these are what tarnish the reputation of our industry, and we want to change that.
Professionalism
We see ourselves as professionals, and we hope that you do to. In order for you to see us as professionals, we must act like them! This means professional and personal communication, as well as using our experience with our services. We believe in looking and acting professional, and doing what we say - committing to our word. We also use professional equipment that is properly maintained. You wants pros on your property, and we want to be seen as pros.
No Commitment From You
We do not expect any commitment from our clients, and therefore allow services to be canceled hassle free at any time. If you are not happy and befitting from our service, we are doing something wrong. In the case that a client is unhappy, we will make our best effort to resolve any issues because we do wish to keep clients happy!
Why do we care so much?
There are two reasons that we stay true to our values. The first is our reputation, and the second in the reputation of our industry. Maintaining an excellent reputation is very important to us, because we build our image from word of mouth. As long as we have a good reputation and provide good service, we get to make a living doing something that we enjoy. The second reason we care so much is the reputation of our industry.
